Amazonite is a gemstone variety of green microline, a feldspar mineral. These Amazon stones have been mined in the Tsumeb mine, in the Otjikoto Region of Namibia. These aqua colored feldspar gem stones derive its name from the Amazon River, but Amazonite has never been found there. Amazonite, with its opaque pastel blue-green colors, is as cool and refreshing as an ocean breeze.

This beautiful Amazonite Bracelet was inspired by the awesome oceanic views of the Florida Keys where I live.
